Since we didn't manage to get through the last lock into the lake Roxen yesterday, because of the thunderstorm, we wanted to be the first to go through. We had been told yesterday that the most crucial is the window for the train bridge after the lock. Here this bridge only opens, when there is enough time to open and close without interfering with trains. All 3 sailboats since then rising water level wasn't so high got into the lock. Quite crammed! Also after experiencing 15 lock maneuvers...

So now before lunch we have managed 2 more locks superbly. We needed to get some more food which we did send Christine and Thomas to take care of here in the small town of Söderköping. So Morten and I guard the boat at the pier. I managed to get a real cappuccino. Also we pimped the boat with an additional ball fender after 2 more that I purchased still this morning in Mem before leaving. 10 minutes ahead is a bridge that will open every half hour.
